Criteria
We invest in private equity funds on a secondary basis; we sometimes purchase positions in these funds while they are still in their investment phase and have not been fully called down. We can also purchase the positions of all the limited partners in a fund or portfolios of positions in private companies.
Investment type
We can invest in most private equity fund structures and purchase positions in funds or in portfolios with diverse investment strategies (i.e. early stage, growth development capital, LBO). There is no industry preference. We normally invest in funds which have an original life of ten years.
