Founded in 1993, ARCIS is an international asset management firm headquartered in Europe with offices in the UK, France and the US, which specializes in secondaries focused on private equity and on blockchain investments. 

ARCIS advises partnerships with capital in excess of €500 million.

Principal investors include pension funds, financial institutions and private investors from Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle-East.

We address the need for liquidity from investors in private equity through the purchase of positions in Private Equity funds and in portfolios of private companies.  Using our expertise in analysing and evaluating investments, the objective is to build diversified portfolios of growing assets in private equity with strong upside potential. 

We diversify at several levels: by geographical area, sector, investment size and investment maturity.  While diversifying the risks arising in a specific business area or development stage, the funds advised by our group have been able to generate strong returns for investors by participating in the growth of some of the most promising private equity backed companies. 

We have been expanding our investment expertise to digital assets, building on the potential of blockchain technology and using our proven approach to secondaries to provide exposure to a disruptive technology with superior returns.  ARCIS advises partnerships with an investment strategy to buy and hold liquid blockchain digital assets providing investors with an actively managed approach to an outperforming asset class.

With investments in 360 private equity funds and directly in many portfolios of direct investments, our firm has participated in the completion of over 240 secondary transactions with over 600 positions purchased.
Transactions have been originated worldwide with institutional and private investors as well as with private equity fund managers and providing investors with an exposure to private equity with lower risks, regular distributions and strong returns. 

With investments in blockchain liquid digital assets, our firm provides an exposure to these outperforming assets over a shorter time frame (5+ years).
